Clap Your Hands Here Comes Liza: Liza Will Steal the Show on HSN!

This just makes me smile, because I love Liza with a Z!  Move over TV fashion sales pretenders, show biz legend Liza Minnelli is in da house.  Whose house? Well the  House of the Home Shopping Network.  When you’ve got an Oscar, an Emmy, a Tony and a Grammy there is no doubt that you can rock the House of  HSN.  Did you see Sex and the City 2? Whose Bad? Liza.  This HSN gig is going to be a cakewalk for the showbiz legend.  The collection is already online, and when you view it, you’ll recall Bob Mackie and  some of Liza’s glittery showbiz styles.  Even more exciting than the collection, Liza will take to the airwaves on June 30th to premiere the Liza collection.  Get ready for some sequined separates, her signature flowy pants and jewelry that has plenty of bling.  “My life has provided me the ability to amass a wonderful wardrobe designed by fashion’s brightest stars,” says Liza. “I am excited to work with HSN in launching The Liza Collection and to have the opportunity to share my favorite looks with millions of women who want to look fabulous and feel their very best.”  All the single ladies, put your hands up!

Here’s what I like in the collection, and I am not kidding.  I like this Rose Pave Pendant and its matching bangle. Check it out, it looks like a more er, expensive designer.  I see shades of the divine Camelia flower enhanced by lots of sparkles as befitting a Broadway legend.

Other items that I think will be sellouts are the Charmeuse Top with Side Tie and the Cluster earrings.  Get your popcorn and your TV trays ready, the Liza Collection will debut at 10 p.m.–midnight EDT/ 7 pm- 9pm PDT on June 30 at HSN and hsn.com. Who cares about the clothes, I just want to see Liza!  My prediction: the HSN switchboard is going to light up like Christmas with calls, and the website is going to have to migrate to an extra back up server due to capacity overload.  This thing is going over the home shopping rainbow.
