Treesje Handbags on Sale at Billion Dollar Babes

By  |

I’ve been lusting for a Treesje Handbag ever since I interviewed the designer, Laura Darrah back in March at Saks in Beverly Hills. This small boutique line of handbags is designed by two Los Angeles designers, Laura Darrah and Shelia Nizzarian.  When I interviewed Laura and I learned how these two designers were able to launch their collection of bags and gain such an elite cliente. Laura told me, “We meet as bridesmaids at a friend’s wedding. We named our handbag line, Treesje, after the friend.”  The line was launched in 2005, and one of the first to discover it was LA trendsetter Lauren Conrad.  She started carrying the bags before she was on the hit show The Hills.  She loved the uniqueness of the bags. Since then,. many celebs have carried the bags including Nicky Hilton and Jennifer Aniston.  And now, you might be able to splurge on one for non-celebrity prices.  The bags are on sale over at Billion Dollar Babes through tomorrow.  I’m upset, as I was not quick enough to purchase, my favorite, the Jovi bag, for $129.00!(silly social life and family obligations, interfering with shopping.) Click here to join Billion Dollar Babes and check out the Treesje selection.  In the interests of full disclosure, I do earn a referral fee at Billion Dollar Babes, if you join and shop.  However, referral fee of no, I only post the stuff I think is a good deal, and this is one.  Check the prices at Saks vs. Billion Dollar Babes  on Treesje and you’ll see what I mean. If you like Treesje, check for a few of the bags on sale at the Nordstrom’s Anniversary sale.
