ISSA restocks the famous Phyllis dress worn by Kate Middleton for her engagement to Prince William

Ever wonder if it’s worth paying over $600.00 for a dress? While ISSA proves that it is–their Phyllis dress is a sell-out all over again. Last week,  ISSA  restocked their famous Phyllis dress popularized by Kate Middleton when she announced her engagement to Prince William.  The style of this dress  is truly a classic with is cinched waist ties, pleated front, a flared skirt and hidden zip fastening at the side.   The dress first gained popularity in 2010 and five years later, it’s a sellout all over again.  There’s still a few left on Net-A-Porter and on the ISSA website if you’re interested, but you better shop quick, they won’t last long!   The dress is already sold out on Harvey Nichols website.
