Best and Worst Dressed at the Met Gala 2017

This year’s Met Ball ran the gamut from horrible fashion fails to gorgeous gowns. I haven’t seen such a wide array of fashion hits and misses in some time.

There were classy looks like Jessica Chastan (above) in a gorgeous yellow Prada and Katie Holmes in an elegant Zac Posen dress.

Then, for something completely different, there was Solange Knowles in a plastic bag sleeping bag coat that bore more than a passing resemblance to Norma Kamali’s comfortable and functional sleeping bag coat. WTF?

Katy Perry channeled silent film star Theda Bara in a dreadful red gown that bore more than a passing resemblance to a burka.

Then there were some stars that looked like they were literally wearing nothing, like Kendall Jenner in sparkling La Perla Couture with a thong underneath and Bella Hadid in a see through Alexander Wang jumpsuit.
