DKNY Online Sale and NYC Sample Sale Coming Soon

I was looking for a cool, comfortable summer dress today to beat the heat and clicked on over to the DKNY site to see what’s new. To my surprise, DKNY is having a super sale on great summer dresses and tops, featuring fashion picks from one of my favorite social media voices, DKNY PRGirl. I just added the super comfy Striped Halter Maxi dress to my shopping cart, perfect for some upcoming trips to hot climates (the southern states). There are some great looking dresses with flutter sleeves and sarong dresses on this sale, so if you have a special summer event coming up, do give it a look.

Even more exciting, RackedNY has reported that DKNY is preparing for their first summer sample sale in New York City on August 21st. This news almost makes me want to fly to NYC.  There’s nothing more exciting in the world of The Recessionista than seeing fashions you’ve loved on the runway at New York Fashion Week go on sale. Details on the sale can be found on the RackedNY Website, but here are the logistics:  DKNY Sample Sale, Tuesday, August 21 through Saturday, August 25. Tues 10am—8pm. Wed—Thurs 9am—8pm. Fri 10am—6pm. Sat 10am—5pm. 260 Fifth Ave between 28th and 29th Sts (212-725-5400).
