FabFitFun Shows off New Beauty & Fitness Box in Hollywood
Last week, the team that markets the FabFitFun’ beauty and fitness boxes put on a fabulous launch party in Hollywood to show off their Winter beauty & fitness gift box. Even Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, and Kim Richards turned out at Greystone Manor. If you haven’t heard of FabFitFun and you’re looking for an easy way to stay fit in the New Year and try a variety of beauty products, their subscription service to quarterly beauty boxes just might be a good solution. It saves you from shopping and introduces you to some products you might never discover on your own.
One of the highlights of the FabFitFun party was the on-site beauty services offered to party attendees. I really enjoyed getting a beauty makeover from Pixi by Petra. I buy the Pixi beauty products at Target (most are under $15.00) and I love their under eye concealer and lip pencils. They have new products like a Quick Fix Powder that comes with a soft-built in applicator and a Eye Bright Liner that makes the eyes look fuller when you rim the lower eyer with it. Best of all, the Eye Bright Liner is made with sunflower seed oil. It’s hypoallergenic, paraben-free, and mineral oil-free. I’m so impressed with the Pixi products, they’re affordable, cruelty-free and they help you look you’re best.
Other brands offering treatments at the event included hairstyling by Stylisted, manicures by Nail Garden (I have visited the El Segundo store and they had great services) plus massages by Zeel. All attendees received the Winter FabFitFun box which you can see from the photo above was full of goodies, including fitness snacks, a luxury candle, beauty creams and a Let-It-Move Zumba Max Burn DVD and gift certificates. I can’t wait to try the Zumba package as part of my New Year’s fitness regime. I’m less excited about the packaged Protein Drink and the Fitness Bar, as I find those types of things are usually loaded with way more sugar than is optimal.
