New York Fashion Week: Tadashi Shoji Spring 2016
Designer Tadashi Shoji showed off a gorgeous Spring/Summer 2016 collection on Thursday at New York Fashion Week. “With a bow to Japanese culture and wink to tradition, Spring 2016 isa wash in the joyful celebration of springtime in Japan.” notes the designer. The beautiful dresses were just what we’ve come to expect from Tadashi Shoji, intricate patterns, embellishments and romantic silhouettes.
The collection was rich in floral touches from embroidered appliques to wisteria motif embroidered chantilly lace. The color pallette included purples, lavender, ivory and even navy blue.
Sporty bright green and blue dresses with stripes and floral motifs bought a more casual look to the collection.
