Kohl’s is once again having their Bra Fitting event, which is literally fitting since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Until Oct. 25th, you can get measured for a new bra at Kohl’s and you can save $5.00 on Bras from Maidenform, Bali, Playtex and Hanes.  I went to Kohl’s last year for a fitting and it was literally an eye opener as I discover that like most women, I was wearing the wrong bra size.  Remember, if you’re wearing the wrong size bra, your favorite fashionable top, turtleneck or dress may not look as good as it could on you if you were wearing the right foundation underneath.

It’s a fact that Tim Gunn has talked about, with the proper foundation; fashions look better.

So how do you know if your bra is the wrong size? Here are some tell tale signs.

• The cups wrinkle.
• You spill over the top or side of the cups.
• The center of the bra doesn’t rest flat against your breastbone.
• The band rides up your back—if you can fit more than two fingers between the band and your back, it’s too loose.
