Los Angeles: Burke Williams Opens Simply Massage Spa
Burke Williams has added a new location to their spa franchise entitled “Simply Massage.” Simply Massage is a streamlined Burke Williams location offering an enticing, but small, menu of massages for aching necks, backs and computer hands. Simply Massages also offers affordable pricing. It’s not a luxury spa by any means, there’s no hot sauna , steam room or hot tub/whirlpool. This is not a day spa where you are going to check in for several hours. There’s is no locker room either, because you are checking in for just your hour appointment.
Simply Massage is a new Burke Williams model designed to give the Massage Envy pricing model some serious competition in the Los Angeles area. An introductory massage is just $49.00 for your first visit. If you join as a member and pay a monthly fee , you can get a massage for $59.00. For non-members, a massage starts at $79.00. Hot Stones and Aromatherapy can be added to any massage for a nominal fee.
If you pay the $95.00 Burke Williams monthly fee for the Simply Massage membership program, members will receive a monthly massage at Simply Massage, plus all of the perks of membership at the luxurious Burke Williams Day Spas to enjoy rest, relaxation, skin care services and other signature treatments when time permits.
I recently visited Simply Massage for a press event, and had a one hour massage with Brandon. The service was terrific, releasing lots of built-up stress in my neck and back from spending hours every day on a computer. I will definitely return for another massage and will happily pay for it, because the service is truly pampering without an exorbitant prices tag.
Although prices are reasonable, you still get the trademark Burke Williams customer service from the staff and the receptionist when you enter. There is no skimping on service for the price.
Simply Massage is conveniently located in Marina Del Rey, is the Marina Collection at the corner of Washington and Glencoe Ave, across from the Marina Del Rey CostCo location. There’s plenty of underground parking which is free, a real rarity anywhere in Los Angeles now. The spa environment as well as the easy parking make for a stress free visit and treatment!
