Hot off the press, budget fashion provider H&M has announced that their latest designer collaboration will be with Vogue Nippon editor Anna Dello Russo.  Translation budget bling is on the way!  My spies at H&M say the collaboration will include “over-the-top” accessories like jewelry, sunglasses, shoes, bags even a trolley, that’s Brit speak for a fashionable suitcase I believe. Whoa! A trolley? This I gotta see.  Think of that as bling on wheels, as opposed to hell on wheels.

This is the first time H&M has collaborated with a fashion editor, so I’m anxious to see what this collection will look like.  Just because it’s  “low priced” doesn’t mean it’s a must have, right?  The collection will be in stores and online Oct. 4 in select locations.
