Erdem for H&M Celebrity Party in Los Angeles

Celebrities turned out this week in Los Angeles for a very English styled garden party to celebrate the upcoming launch of the Erdem x H&M collection. Celebrities modeling the yearly H&M designer collection has been a very successful marketing recipe from the H&M launch playbook for the past few years.

Kate Bosworth, Rashida Jones, Kirsten Dunst and Selma Blair and Zendaya were all on hand and beautifully attired in Erdem for H&M at the historic women’s club, The Ebell of Los Angeles.  The event featured red carpet arrivals, a runway show and of course shopping.  As each celebrity arrived, H&M shared the pictures on social media to whet the public’s appetite for the sale of the Erdem x H&M collection.  Here’s a look at all the pretty people wearing the pretty clothes.

Kate Bosworth modeled a gorgeous tea length floral dress with a fitted bodice and full skirt.  The skirt featured a tiered ruffle a the bottom.

Kirsten Dunst wore a pajama styled two piece Erdem for H&M pajama styled suit. “Erdem is such a talent,” said Ms.  Dunst on the red carpet. “Even the men’s range looks good on me.”

Zendaya reminded me of a young Audrey Hepburn in the red carpet in a gorgeous full Erdem for H&M dark floral skirt.

One departure from all the floral prints was actress Selma Blair in a lace dress with Victorian style bodice that looked very vintage.

Ms.Blair’s  black lace dress paired was accessorized with Erdem x H&M’s sparkling heels. “I want it all! I know I’ll leave immediately after the show to run and shop all the pieces,” said Ms. Blair.

During the event, celebrities and stylists had the opportunity to advance shop the collection.   So far, I haven’t seen any of the advance Erdem x H&M items for sale on eBay, but I’m watching to see if some get posted for resale following the event. Even the shopping bag for this collection is a gorgeous Erdem floral print.
