After enjoying the amazing steam room and sauna at Spa Montage in Laguna Beach, I was treated to the Kerstin Florian Advanced Correcting Repair Facial.  This facial was more amazing that I could ever have imagined and the trained facialist at the spa was superb. Truly, the best cleansing facial I’ve ever had.   The facial consists of a thorough cleansing, followed by a skin evaluation.  The facialist determined my skin was a bit dry and had a few red spots (not unusual for fair haired/fair skinned people.) The  Kerstin Florian facial was designed to treat those specific conditions with exfoliation,  extremely gentle extractions and a Vitamin C brightening masque.

The results-oriented  Kerstin Florian Correcting Facial treatment is customized to address specific skin conditions including hyperpigmentation, congested skin, fine lines and premature aging.  The exfoliation is accomplished via an exfoliating multi-acid or enzyme peel on the face, neck, décolleté and hands to renew the skin, a deep-cleansing massage to promote circulation and a masque to balance and nourish the skin. An amazing neck massage was administered while the Vitamin C brightening masque was on the face  and it was honestly pure heaven. If you’re like me, and you’re working on a computer most of the week, you’ll appreciate this little bit of extra pampering on the “computer neck” that plagues most office workers today.

I can’t say enough good things about the Kerstin Florian Advanced Correcting Repair Facial at the Montage Spa in Laguna Beach. My skin was literally glowing for the next 48 hours. I didn’t wear any make-up the rest of the day. I also didn’t wash my face, as I wanted all the beautiful Kerstin Florian serums to stay on my skin to penetrate the skin layers.
