Looking for Ivanka Trump fashions? Check Goodwill or Threadup

By  |

Sales of fashion brand Ivanka Trump continue to plummet with Ivanka’s designer “homages “turning up on the racks at Goodwill, resale site Threadup and eBay.  A search of eBay listings for Ivanka Trump women’s clothing turns up over 9,000 items with prices starting as low as 99 cents US.   Resale site Threadup has hundreds of Ivanka Trump items on sale, and they are not receiving any bids.  Fortune reports “fashion resale website Thredup found that in 2016, users listed 223% more Ivanka Trump-branded items compared to the same period a year earlier. That trend has continued into 2017, with users listing 111% more items in the first five months of the year. And that increase isn’t due to Thredup’s growth as a startup: In that same five-month period, the total number of listings across the site grew just 20%.”

After being pulled from Nordstrom, Belk and other leading retailers, the future of the Ivanka  Trump brand remains unclear. There are rumors of a store opening in Trump Tower, but in the wake of Charlottesville , consumers who continued to support the brand are now fleeing.  A brief search of Twitter, shows that many consumers are donating their Ivanka Trump items to charities,  where they continue to take up rack space and may ultimately end up in land fills.

Ivanka Trump Threadup Sale

Ivanka Trump sales continue to plummet with items being sold on resale  sites like Threadup at deep discounts.

Website Amazon continues to sell the Ivanka Trump fashions, shoes and fragrances at discounted prices, but for how long? In the US, the Ivanka Trump fashion brand is going, going, going, gone and I think its just a matter of time before it shutters for good.
