I just got the preview pictures (above) for Nicole Miller’s forthcoming jewelry line for JCPenney.  It looks very Celtic/Irish to me, and I like it. Check out the detail on the Celtic knots and the elegant cross.  I’ve bought jewelry like this while visiting Ireland and shopping on Grafton St. in Dublin’s fair city.

According to my spies at Jean-Claude Penney,  the line is scheduled to hit stores and online at www.jcp.com in September. Although she already has a clothing line at JCP, with this recent addition Nicole is the first runway designer to create a fine jewelry line for JCPenney. The collection includes necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings and earrings with prices ranging from $127.99 to $699.99. I’ve included some images below. Her signature Celtic knot designs have been incorporated into the jewelry line and the diamonds used in these pieces are described as of “the highest quality.” Interesting. I had no idea that Nicole Miller was right there on the Celtic Ray with Van Morrison.

I really like Nicole Miller, so I’ll be interested to see how these pieces look in the store.   What do you think readers? Sounds like it will be in stores in time for Fashion Week.
