Ralph Lauren Rumored to Dress Melania Trump for Inauguration

Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) is reporting that American fashion designer Ralph Lauren will dress Melania Trump for the upcoming Trump Inauguration.  “In an act of his own bipartisanship, Ralph Lauren, an unabashed Hillary Clinton supporter, is believed to be working on a gown and an Inauguration Day ensemble for the Slovenian-born former model,” reports WWD.   It’s also rumored that outspoken designer Karl Lagerfeld will be participating in dressing Mrs. Trump.

With many fashion designers refusing to work with Melania due to some of her husband’s pre-election statements, it will be interesting to see what Melania Trump wears on Inauguration day.  She has previously worn Ralph Lauren jumpsuits during her husband’s campaign.
