I am still smarting from the cancellation of my Liberty Kate Moss Top Shop dress, so I am going to look for something nice at Gilt Groupe today as a consolation. I’m very, very upset at Top Shop for accepting my order, charging my credit card and then sending a cancelllation note this am. Personally, I believe this is a real customer service issue for them. I am sure I am not the only shopper who ordered a Liberty Top Shop Kate Moss dress and will receive NOTHING! And truly, a lump of coal from Top Shop does not suit my wardrobe.

So much for Liberty for Less! Bah Humbug!!

Why would I go back and look for another item from their website to order? If this was Nordstrom’s they would call the other stores to search their inventory for me. They would not cancel my order and then make more work for me in order for me to try to spend money with them.
