Victoria Beckham and GAP Collaborate for a Casual Spring Collection

Will Victoria Beckham’s casual collection for GAP be able to lure in shoppers? Some pieces are already selling out online.

During an intense period of economic belt-tightening, Victoria Beckham and GAP have announced a collaboration for Spring that is ultra-casual. You won’t find any of the VB brands’ well known rouched dresses or tailored suits here. The 38 piece collection includes trench coats, denim jackets, fleece, hoodies, trees and shirting. The Gap × Victoria Beckham collection launched today, April 24 at 9 a.m. ET 6 a.m. PT on Gap.com and in select Gap stores globally, with retail pricing from $34 to $328. The collection will be available across several global markets, including North America, the United Kingdom, Japan, and China. The sizing for the collection is inclusive, offering regular and plus sizes ( adult sizing ranges from XXS to XXL.)

In my opinion, the best looking pieces from this collection are the trench coat ($328 US price)  and the shirting, and of course, these are the pieces already selling out online.

There’s also a very good looking, classic GAP denim jacket, that looks like a vintage item rather than a Victoria Beckham piece.
