Happy Thanksgiving Dear Readers!

Its time for relaxing, watching the Food Channel, cooking and maybe even wearing some expandable eating pants 🙂 and loose clothes. I hope you have a wonderful day with your family and give thanks for the good things in your life!  2020 has been a usually tough year with the COVID-19 pandemic, layoffs and an economic recession. I hope and pray that 2021 will be better for all of us…and we are almost there! The COVID vaccine is on the way and 2021 can only be better.   Enjoy this Thanksgiving poem & prayer, as I wish all of you a wonderful day and a safe meal at home!

MAY YOUR STUFFING BE TASTY,
MAY YOUR TURKEY BE PLUMP.
MAY YOUR POTATOES ‘N GRAVY HAVE NARY A LUMP.
MAY YOUR YAMS BE DELICIOUS.
MAY YOUR PIES TAKE THE PRIZE,
MAY YOUR THANKSGIVING DINNER STAY OFF OF YOUR THIGHS!!
Happy Thanksgiving!
