LOFT Spring Style Preview & a Necklace Giveaway

Loft just kicked off an exciting Spring Sale offering 40% off everything on their site and in-store.   I was at LOFT in Los Angeles two weeks ago for their spring preview and their spring offerings were tres chic with most items priced under $100.00.  Their standouts for spring include a new line of vintage styles swimsuits, breezy tops, print dresses, statement necklaces and some great looking maxi dresses.  Following are some of The Recessionista’s picks from the LOFT.

The Recessionista’s Top Picks from LOFT for Spring

For Spring 2013, the LOFT is full of great picks.  I’m not saying that because they paid me, because in fact, they don’t pay me!  I actually bought items at the LOFT spring preview because  I thought they were good value.   I liked the vintage looking  “Tipped Pleated Shell” blouse (upper left), the Missoni like  black & white knit maxi dress, the 1940’s style navy blue swimsuit and the many short jackets they had for day to night wear.  Check out the cute Long Pink Flower Stone Illusion Necklace with shapes that are reminiscent of an Elsa Shapparelli necklace from the 1930s that was later styled as the Morning Mist bracelet that QVC reproduced.  Other favorites of mine include the Colorblocked 3/4 Sleeve Cardigan and the Tipped Pleated Shell top with the tangerine stripes on the front.  If you’re looking for some cute things for spring, have a look at LOFT.  This week everything is 40% off, so that’s a really good deal.
