A Preview from Serena Williams Fashion Collection for HSN

Tennis great Serena Williams returns to HSN tomorrow (September 15, 2015)  with a new Fall collection and a show at New York Fashion Week. We haven’t see a lot of this collection, just a few preview pics, but its very sporty and features the the new trend of fringe on skirts and jackets (see above pictures). HSN is giving the show a strong social media push to drive shoppers to the show livestream so they will hit the buy button.  The show will be livestreamed starting at 2:45 pm EST on HSN.  Following the show there will be a brief chat via Periscope  with Serena to answer questions from fans and announce a special Instagram contest. On Instagram, 5 of her fans will  be picked to receive a one of a kind editorial piece from the show and have a custom fitting with Serena’s design team.  This competition will undoubtedly drive views to the HSN livestream.

Our spies tell us that the Serena Williams Signature Statement Collection runway show will feature 26 looks that are bold, confident and chic with a touch of edgy street style. The collection is designed for women of all shapes and sizes.  The color palette for the collection has notes of 70’s retro glam, featuring warm neutrals and rich jewel tones and lots of fringe.  Tune into HSN tomorrow to watch the show and shop the collection.  The collection will feature regular and plus sizes. Prices for the collection ranges from $29.90 to $129.90

It will be interesting to see if Vogue Editor Anna Wintour shows up again at Serena’s NYFW show.  If you’re in New York,  the Serena Williams Signature Statement Collection Fashion Show will take place on Tuesday, September 15th at 3:00 pm at KIA STYLE360 located at 639 West 46th Street.
