Burberry Launches an Exclusive Collection with Net-a-Porter

Not to be outdone by Erdem for H&M, Burberry has launched its first NET-A-PORTER exclusive womenswear collection. The collection is inspired by the brand’s September 2017 Collection and is an eclectic mix of British iconic staples. The collection of 14 Burberry pieces consists of delicate lace dresses and gowns, plastic waterproof outerwear, form-fitting jodhpur trousers and long tartan check skirts.

The Burberry vintage check takes center stage featured on the bomber as well as in coat linings. The traditional Burberry Tartan appears on skirts matched with homespun and hand-knitted patchworks of cable knits. Other collection highlights include green faux fur and military style coats enhance the clash of textures and colors giving a modern urban aesthetic.

Pricing for the collection starts at $135.00 US for a pair of Burberry Argyle Wool Socks to over $4,000 military styled short jackets with trim and gold buttons.  Burberry fans are already snapping up Burberry x Net-a-Porter with some items like the lace-trimmed silk-satin and cotton-jersey midi dress.  Sizing for the collection ranges from US 2/UK 6 to US 10 /UK 14 for most items.
