Project Runway Looks on Piperlime Selling Out

By  |

How many of you watched  Project Runway this week? Frankly, I was a little disappointed in this season.  If you watch the show, you may be interested to know that one of the Project Runway winning looks by contestant Anya Ayoung-Chee is for sale on Piperlime.com. This is clever marketing to say the least but I was wondering how many women were lusting for the multi-print, wide legged jumper look this season? Apparently many! In the last few days, most of the jumpers, priced at $198.00 have sold out.  The only size available is the XS.  Anya was right in making a design which was so commercially based.  As she said on the show, the elasticized waist, and the wide legged Palazzo pants, is a look that will fit many different types of shapes. The tropical multi-print jumper is perfect for resort wear. I was just surprised that it sold so quickly with a price tag of almost $200.00.  I wonder if Piperlime will sell a version of the wide legged pants that Anya made for only $11.00 after she lost her money?

The Bert Keeler short dress, priced at $98.00, is already completely sold out.

If you’re still lusting for the Project Runway look, have a look at the accessories on the Piperlime Project Runway rack, a few of which are sale priced.  Those are always my favorites.
