Skincare Review: Intraceuticals Oxygen Facial and Serums

By  |

As I age, like most women, I have grown more and more interested in good skincare.  Some time ago Intraceuticals gifted me with a selection of their skincare products and a mini Oxygen Facial.  If you haven’t heard of  Intraceuticals, they are known for their 3-step Hyaluronic skincare layering system and Oxygen Facial treatment.  The Intraceuticals Oxygen Facial consists of a painless, non-invasive application of pure oxygen, vitamins, moisturizer and anti-oxidants that is applied via an airbrush.  My skin looked a bit plumper after the facial, and the facial definitely stimulated my skin’s collagen production and I noticed my skin had a glow and looked refreshed over the next few weeks after the facial. If you’re interested in trying the  Intraceuticals Oxygen Facial, look for a spa in your area that does the treatment via the Intraceuticals website.  In Los Angeles, several spas as well as dermatologist’s offer his special facial.

The  Intraceuticals  products have been used at fashion shoots and before New York Fashion Week (Zac Posen) runway shows to prep the skin.   I like the lightweight clear products with a scent that reminds me of fresh cucumber.  The serums are very refreshing to use, especially during the hot, dry summer months.

It’s a skincare fact that keeping skin moisturized with a products like  Hyaluronic Acid enhance overall appearance and creates a smooth base for  makeup application. By delivering different weights of Hyaluronic Acid to skin, you are building hydration which helps the formula absorb quickly, leaving a smooth finish.

Intraceuticals 3 Step Hyaluronic Acid Layering Treatment

Here’s how the Intraceuticals 3-Step Hyaluronic Layering System works–and you can do these simple steps at home with the products listed.  Layering the products serves to lock-in the ingredients in for best results (mosturization and hydration.)

Step 1: Revive
To deliver hydration and also instantly revive skin use Rejuvenate Daily Serum, $149, which acts like a primer for the skin to maximize lasting hydration and keep your skin looking healthy and fresh all day long.

Step 2: Replenish
To replenish the skin use the Rejuvenate Hydration Gel, $89, which continuously helps the skin stay hydrated and acts as a reservoir of water for the skin.

Step 3: Protect
Lock-in hydration using the Rejuvenate Moisture Binding Cream, $69, which is a nourishing, lightweight cream designed to protect and defend against environmental stressors and address the visible signs of aging. This last step is valuable to visibly improve skin texture and appearance.

Look for Intraceuticals spa treatments and skin care products on the menu at top salons. Intraceuticals Clinic Treatments, the brand’s signature innovation, use oxygen under pressure and cutting edge hyaluronic acid technology to promote the delivery of specially formulated serums to the skin.  If you’re looking for non-invasive beauty treatments without surgery or fillers like Juviderm or Botox, check out Intraceuticals.  Hyaluronic Acid is a substance your body naturally produces, so when you use it, you are not introducing your body to foreign chemicals and toxins.

Look for the Intraceuticals products at Nordstrom and read the reviews from other Nordstrom shoppers.   They agree with me, the products work and deliver results.
