Target Launches Fall Collaboration with Woolrich
Target celebrated the launch of the Woolrich x Target collection this week. The Woolrich x Target collection is a limited time only offering featuring over 100 items spanning men’s and women’s apparel, accessories, home, outdoor gear, and food and beverage – starting at $2 US and most items under $40 US. if you love to wear plaid during the fall and winter months, this collection is for you! Woolrich has been called the original “outdoor” clothing company known for its trademark “Buffalo Check “ print first introduced in 1850. . Like a good number of shoppers, I haven’t personally shopped at Target since they ceased their DEI initiatives, and I ‘m not sure this Woolrich collaboration will be enough to bring back fashionistas or outdoorsmen.
Are most Target shoppers even aware of the Woolrich brand, which was found in 1830? I think not. To tease interest in the collection, Target did a launch event in New York City had hired influencers Sean Kaufman, Lukas Gage, Olivia Palermo, Sam Hine, Bridget and Danielle Pheloung, Carla Rockmore and Coco Chinelo to show up wearing pieces from the collaboration and be photographed.
